FigTree is a program for viewing trees, including summary information produced by TreeAnnotator, and producing publication quality figures.
Warning: FigTree is no longer actively developed and is deprecated. It has been superseded by PearTree, a modern browser-based tree viewer with no installation required. New users should use PearTree instead.
